Andrew is a promoter of local and international music, theatre and sporting events throughout Australia, New Zealand and Asia.

Andrew's initiation into the music industry began as the manager of the iconic live music venue - elina's, in Sydney, Australia, where he met and then managed the internationally phenomenally successful rock band "Divinyls" for eight years, before the group disbanded in 1997.

In 1995 Andrew formed the International Touring Company (ITC) in Brisbane, Australia, touring such acts as KISS, Roger Daltrey, Natalie Cole, Barry Manilow, George Benson, Paul Rodgers, Tony Bennett, Culture Club, Julio Iglesias, Sammy Hagar, Suzi Quatro, Air Supply, Inner Circle, Alice Cooper, Vonda Shepherd to name a few of over 70 international acts and also was responsible for the inception of the World Wrestling All - Stars (WWA) tours.

In 2000 he sold ITC to a public company, Abigroup Limited concentrating on building relationships with major record companies, booking agencies, management companies and agents around the world. In 2001 Abigroup absorbed ITC completely and Andrew departed to establish Andrew McManus Presents Pty Ltd (AMP).

AMP has toured artists including: KISS Symphony (over 33,000 in attendance, Telstra Dome), Blondie, The Beach Boys, Pavarotti, Diana Ross, Chaka Khan, Ice Cube, Divinyls, Def Leppard, Eros Ramazzotti and INXS. 

2004 was a highly successful year for AMP with an extensive list of sold out shows that included such internationally acclaimed artists as Fleetwood Mac, Meat Loaf (performing with the MSO in Melbourne & Sydney) and Andrea Bocelli.

2005 saw continuing success with the farewell tour to Luciano Pavarotti; a monumental occasion that will forever be etched in the ears of all in attendance. Proving that rock is still alive and well the Motley Crue tour sold out Australia wide. Other sell out shows included the ever popular Alice Cooper, Jethro Tull and Kris Kristoffersen. Kelly Clarkson was a huge hit with younger audiences.

2006 was another highly successful and busy year for AMP the overwhelming response to the INXS tour demonstrated by shows selling out in record time. The pairing of Deep Purple and Status Quo also proved their huge popularity. Chris Isaak was the face of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival with highly successful intimate shows nation wide. AMP also branched away from music with the every popular Joan Rivers and the cheeky Pauly Shore winning legions of fans as part of the Melbourne Comedy Festival. The amazing Diana Ross performed to thrilled fans and Carole King delivered an amazing show to ecstatic audiences.

2007 continued to be a successful year for AMP with several highlights. Legends Crosby, Stills & Nash thrilled audiences as they brought their stellar live show to Australia.  The hugely popular Divinyls returned to the stage, with lead singer Chrissy Amphlett showcasing her raw talent as one of Australia's greatest female rock singers. Hip Hop great Ice Cube knew "just how to do it", pumping out the hits for fans. INXS rocked crowds around Australia as they demonstrated with ease just how rock 'n' roll is supposed to be done. Motorhead, Kate Ceberano, Paul Stanley and The Beach Boys also had highly successful tours. 

2008 has been a very busy and rewarding year for AMP.  Pop star Hilary Duff kicked off the year with a tour that left fans cheering for more. UB40 headlined the first Raggamuffin festival - a smashing success the festival continues in 09 with a new line-up of Reggae talent that must not be missed. Italian great Eros Ramazzotti performed a number of memorable shows, displaying is mesmorising vocal ability and thrilling new and old fans alike. Def Leppard and Cheap Trick joined forces and proved just how popular they still are. King of comedy Jerry Lewis left crowds in stiches with his hilarious stage show which featured a full 24-piece orchestra. Other popular tours included Snoop Dogg, Kelly Clarkson, Rogue Traders and So You Think You Can Dance.
